With an online refills account, you can view all of your medications, see which have refills available, select items for refilling, send a note to the pharmacist, and more.

Instructions for iOS and Android:
Android Chrome Browser:
Tap the three dots at the top-right of the Chrome window.
Tap "Add to Home screen." (You may need to scroll the menu to find this option.) If not prefilled, type a short name for the shortcut icon:
On the onscreen keyboard, type: Dedrick's
Done! The icon will now appear on the Home screen like an app. Tap this anytime you want to order refills!
iPhone/iPad Safari Browser:
Tap the Share button. (At the bottom of the page on iPhone, top of the page on iPad.)
On the bottom row of icons, scroll over until you see Add to Home Screen and tap this.
Choose a short name for the icon on your home screen:
On the onscreen keyboard, type: Dedrick's
You’ll see the link so you can confirm it, as well as the site’s favicon that becomes its “app” icon.
Done! The icon will now appear on the Home screen like an app. Tap this anytime you want to order refills!
User Account or Guest Account?
Creating a User Account makes refill requests easier and gives you more options. All current prescriptions are listed in the system; simply select those you want to refill. You can view your current prescriptions, save your order- and contact-preferences, and access your account via our website or app.
Guest Access users cannot view existing prescriptions. You must key in prescription numbers manually each time, and enter order- and contact-preferences for each order.

To create a New User Account:
Just enter your full name, email address, desired user ID and password, and set your security questions for password recovery.
Using Your User Account
Build Your Rx List:
When you open an account or get new prescriptions, you'll need to enter your prescriptions into the account - one time only! After that, they'll always appear in a list from which you can easily make selections.
Click the "Patients and Prescriptions" button.
To add prescriptions, click on “Add Prescription”, enter the prescription number, select ‘Add only this prescription’ and the last 4 digits of the phone number on file, then click ‘Add To List’.
Please feel free to ask us for help getting your Rx numbers into your account! Just ask and we can do this for you.
Refill Prescriptions:
Select the prescriptions you would like to order from the list. Select how you would like to receive your order from the list of options, and then click “Lookup”.
You’ll see the real-time refill status of each, along with options to modify the suggested pickup time, and a field to include a message for the pharmacist (optional). Accept the suggested pickup time provided or select a different time.
A confirmation screen is presented when it is confirmed that the order has been successfully placed in the pharmacy system.
Check Refill Status:
Select all of the prescriptions you want to check from the list of your prescriptions. CyberScript® then provides real-time ready status of each.
Transfer Prescriptions:
Simply complete the information regarding the prescriptions you wish to transfer, as well as the “transfer from” pharmacy information.
Set/Edit User Settings:
To reach the user settings, click on the user name in the top right corner of the webpage and click “Settings”.
The ‘User Information’ section can be used to edit your name or email address.
The “Security” section can be used to change your security question, change your password, or delete your account.
Using Guest Access
Refill Prescriptions:
Key in all prescription numbers desired.
Accept the suggested pickup time provided or select a different time.

Check Refill Status:
Key in the prescription numbers you want to check. CyberScript® then provides real-time ready status of each.

Simply complete the information regarding the prescriptions you wish to transfer, as well as the “transfer from” pharmacy information.
User Account Advanced Features
With a User Account, you can also:
Set up prescription dose reminder alerts
Manage your list of prescriptions: Add/Delete/Hide items from your list
These features are accessed by clicking the “Patients & Prescriptions” button.
Setting Up Prescription Dose Reminder Alerts:
A "dose reminder alert" pushes a message to your phone to let you know when it's time to take your medications. Dose Reminders only work if you use our Mobile App but you can set them up via our website.
Setting up dose reminder alerts is quick and easy:
Select (click or tap) the medication from the “Patients & Prescriptions” list.
Click “Set New Schedule” and answer the questions to set the appropriate reminder schedule, as follows...
“Do you want to use a dose reminder schedule you created previously?” - If you have setup a reminder schedule for another medication that you’d like to reuse, answer ‘Yes’ and select that medication from the list. If you do not want to reuse a schedule, answer ‘No’
“Do you take your medication every day at the same time(s)?” – If you take your medication on a regular daily schedule, answer ‘Yes’ and set the times you’d like to be reminded every day. If you take your medication on an irregular schedule, answer ‘No’
“Select the number of days in your treatment cycle” – If you are taking your medication on an irregular schedule, select the number of days in your prescribed treatment cycle from the dropdown list and click ‘Select’
Use the check boxes to select the days you’d like to set reminder times for, then enter the time and click “Add Time”
Once you are done setting reminder times, select the date your current treatment cycle began and click ‘Save’
Hiding/Deleting Prescriptions:
You can delete prescriptions that you no longer take from your Rx list, or hide those which you rarely refill to make your list easier to read.
To hide a prescription from the list, click the prescription, then click “Hide” next to the prescription.
When prompted “Are you sure you want to hide this prescription?”, click “OK”
Hidden prescriptions can be displayed by clicking “Show All” on the ‘Patients & Prescriptions’ list. You can unhide a hidden prescription by clicking “Unhide”.
To delete a prescription from the list, click the prescription, then click “Delete” next to the prescription.

Our Apologies!
July 2019: Due to a recent equipment failure, we regret that patients who have already created an account and "Profile" in the refill system will need to create a new account and profile.
Rest assured that there has been no compromise of personal data. None of your personal or medical data was exposed. This was simply an equipment problem which resulted in the deletion of account data.
We are truly sorry that, as a result, you will need to set up a new refill account. Setting up the account is simple, but you will need to re-enter your current prescription information. The FAQ information on this page provides step-by-step information to assist you. Please contact us if you would like help with this process and we will be glad to assist you.
Patients using "Guest Access" are not effected.
